Wolf Rites

Being the Wolf Warrior
Wolf is the warrior, hunter, teacher, protector. As such it is important to honor this aspect with your own training. This can be anything from exercise, to martial arts to weapons training, to mental discipline.

Perimeter Check
You home is your sanctuary and the sanctuary of your family. Protect it.

Quality Family Time
"The strength of the Wolf is the Pack and the strength of the Pack is the Wolf." Your family is IMPORTANT. Take care of them. Give them some of your dedicated time every night. Cuddle them and tell them / show them you love them.
  • Dinner together
  • Movie time
  • Board game
  • Walk outside together
  • Just cuddle

Meditation: Looking Back
Every end of day, you should look back at the day. Review to progress and set-backs, the failures and achievements, and the list of done and not done.
  • Center & Ground
  • Review the day
  • Let go of the day
  • Plan the next morning

Devotion to the Wolf
End your day with a moment of dedicated silence. The mind and body both need some quiet to shift gears and sleep. Do this while in bed. Give thanks for the lessons of the day, the people in your life, the home that you have, and your very life. Then hold a silent vigil for a few minutes before going to sleep. Blessed Be.
